What happens on camp?

Lots of fun indoor and outdoor games and activities including: Swimming, Amazing Race, Bush Walks, Arts & Crafts, Gold Rush, Mini Olympics, Capture the Flag, Camp Masses and lots of fun challenges.

Cost

Early Bird Special - $270 (Register before Friday 15 November)

Full Price - $290 (After Friday 15 November)
$290 (includes all meals, transport, accommodation and activities).
Limited financial support/sponsorship is available upon request.
REGISTRATIONS CLOSE: 15 December 2024

Late Registrations - $300 (Register after Friday 15 December)

What to Bring?

Lunch for the first day, sleeping bag, summer clothing, bathers, sportswear, enclosed shoes, warm clothes (for evenings), personal toiletries, towel, sunscreen, hat, prescribed medication, drink bottle and lots of energy and ideas!

What not to Bring?

Valuables which could be lost, stolen or damaged.

Leaders

All youth leaders are trained and experienced in youth camps and all leaders have registered ‘Working with Children Cards.’ Many leaders have Apply First Aid and Bronze Medallion certification. There will also be guest volunteers and priests visiting throughout the camp.

Tuckshop

Some extra treats can be bought at our camp tuck shop. Campers are invited to bring between $25-$30 which is handed in at the start of camp and any change will be returned at the end of camp.

Optional Components

For an additional cost of $35, students can participate in Abseiling and/or Flat Water Rafting! 

Transport

Departure:

Buses will leave from:

            St Joachim's Church
            122 Shepperton Road (cnr Harper St)
            VICTORIA PARK
            At 9:30 am on Monday 6 January

(please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure in order to check in and load luggage)

Arrival:

Buses will return to:

            St Joachim's at approximately 5:15 pm
            Friday 10 January
